The capsules are located above the outboard aisles and accessed at cruising altitude during the flight. Passengers can purchase access to CLOUD CAPSULE in addition to an economy class seat to enjoy a plush space to sleep, relax, or focus on work in a private setting, making it a multi-purpose room that matches the experience of a business class seat. The seats are designed with automotive technology to be more ergonomic with heating and cooling options, and are set at staggered heights to allow luggage space below. The shell around the seats allow for more privacy and controlled airflow than typical economy class seats.

Interspace is a full length padded wing which allows passengers to rotate and lean on a cushioned surface and thereby providing greater lateral support. The system consists of 2 wings that fold out from the seat back and that can be easily deployed by the passenger when desired. Interspace has been conceived for deployment in Premium Economy and Domestic Business Class as well as economy settings. The system is retrofit-able, which allows airlines to fit the Interspace technology onto a fleet without replacing existing seat units.
