What do the customers think of passenger experience, what did they regard as milestones in the aircraft cabin, and what do they wish for the future?

At the Crystal Cabin Award Ceremony in Hamburg last week, representatives from the airline and the passenger side alike got together on stage, to share their views on PaxEx. The keynote panelists were Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline, Juha Järvinen, EVP Product at Virgin Atlantic and APEX President, as well as Toni Garrn, top model, actress, and co-founder of Hamburg startup jetlite. Lukas Kaestner from the Hamburg Aviation cluster, initiator and organizer of the Crystal Cabin Awards, moderated the discussion.
