B. WORD-document: The WORD-document should not exceed 1000 signs (approximately 150 words). Its primary usage is for public relation purposes. The text should describe your innovation to the media in a lively, interesting way. It may also include some basic information about your company. However the main focus must be on the innovation. This document will be provided to journalists from the moment on that your entry will be shortlistet.
Furthermore, we will use the WORD-document when we include your product as a finalist, or as a category winner in promotional material, e.g. on posters or flyers. Finalists and category winners will also be advertised during the Crystal Cabin Awards prize-giving-ceremony. With this text we will present your innovation to the public.

b.) The continuous text is restricted to a maximum of 1000 signs (approximately 150 words) and should describe the entry’s function, properties, implementation, advantages and benefits for users as well as customers. Here you may name participating or affiliated companies, who are not mentioned as applicants of the entry.
c.) Close the PR-text with a point of contact including address, phone number and e-mail.
